Patagonia Hip Pack

This tough, secure and easy-access hip pack for hiking, biking and travel is made of recycled fabric.

Entrusted with holding our essentials for hiking, biking and travel, this little pack has big responsibilities. It has a zippered main compartment, a small hanging mesh pocket with a key retainer, 3-D spacer-mesh panels to wick perspiration, a narrow waist strap and water-resistant zippers. Made with a durable 1,200-denier 100% recycled polyester plain weave canvas with a polyurethane coating and a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish.

Material

Recycled Polyester We recycle used soda bottles, unusable second quality fabrics and worn out garments into polyester fibers to produce many of our clothes.

Technology

Deluge® DWR Patagonia’s proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.
